Some users in our organization cannot view the data on some reports on the Dashboard. May I know what seems to be the problem and the possible solution?
I as the Super Admin can view everything just fine.

Hi @BSTC
Thank you for reaching out!
I’m wondering if maybe they changed the filters for the timeframe? In “Filter Dashboard”?
If not, this could be a permission issue, look at this documentation, it should help giving the users permissions to dashboards and reports.
Hope that helps.
Have a lovely day,
Tiphaine.
Hi @TitiCuisset Thanks for the input. Unfortunately, I have already checked the settings multiple times and I don’t see any problem with it. I’m just wondering as to why only few users are affected and others access the dashboard just fine.
Hi @BSTC
Thank you for your reply. You mean the settings for the filters or the permissions? Or both?
If this is both, can you send me in this thread a screenshot of the dashboards/reports permissions of an exemple user who cannot see the dashboards, and via DM the email address of this user?
Thank you
Best
Tiphaine
The filters look like its working as intended. It just looks like the data on the free user is missing. The data that is missing on the free user is: revenue goal, pipeline size and sold amount.
i dont know if it has someting to do with permisions, but from what i can read online it shouldent be an issue.
The grafs are shown it donst look like the blank report as shown above.
Hi @MarcusHarte,

Hi @BSTC
