I have a client that cannot connect to a domain due to error: This domain was added by another HubSpot customer.
Unfortunately, the old account it was connected to has been deleted and I cannot access it.
How can I disconnect the domain so I can use it?
As your post is tagged free, I am not sure if there is a way around this. You could try reaching out to Sales to see if they can help you. Unfortunately this is user-to-user support so not much we can do for you as this is something Hubspot would need to resolve for you.
