I want a HubSpot Workflow to update a ticket in FreshDesk.
Not finding an integration that would do this I created a cURL that would.
But how can I create this request from HubSpot to FreshDesk?
Available integrations cannot update a Conversation (i.e. add a private note in a ticket)

I believe that you would need to build this integration.
You could build an app that subscribes to webhooks from your HubSpot portal that would then run your code pushing to freshdesk.
@MichaelC , can you think of a better way?
@citizen You really have two options here.
1. Develop an application yourself to create an integration between Hubspot and Freshdesk.
2. Look for a third party that can give you an already developed application between Hubspot and Freshdesk. I can recommend Zapier - that will solve your problem. Zapier also has a free version for smaller amount of calls.
