Looking for a way to create a report that shows the time of day most calls & connects are being made. It can be a line graph or something that I can see if most calls are made in early morning/mid-morning/etc.

HubSpot doesn’t have any such “Time of Day” dimension foir creating report. But you can create below reports regarding to call feature:
Though HubSpot offers these call-related reports, having a “Time of Day” dimension would be very beneficial. It would allow for more granular analysis and better scheduling decisions. You can add the same to the community’s idea portal.

This is very much possible, in the custom report builder: Create reports with the custom report builder
You would filter the report by call outcome = connected, then display this:
