So I’ve got 50ish emails that I put into a sequence as a manual step but I’d now prefer to send them without any changes… is there a way to bulk Send and Complete instead of rather tediously going into each one by one?
Realise that for future sequences I can amend this step to be automatic but for all those in flight it would save some time.
And as an extra question. Why can’t I see the Associated Company in this standard view? (they all have one and are all the same company in this example)

I wanted to share this knowledge base article on completing tasks consecutively in a task view. Hope this helps with this part of your question
I can see how it would be helpful to have a bulk email-send feature for the tasks tool in this kind of situation.
Bulk emails in HubSpot by definition are marketing emails as mentioned by @danmoyle in this related thread. I would recommend checking out the thread for some workarounds on how you could solve this such as 1) sending a marketing email or 2) creating a 1:1 email template to email those contacts individually.
Let’s see if our subject matter experts have any ideas on how you could speed up this process - Hey @danmoyle, @TomM2, @HFisher7 - Do you have any suggestions for @DBrazil? Thank you!
Regarding your question about seeing the Associated Company field in the tasks view, you would need to check to see if the task itself is associated with the desired company by hovering over the task name > click on edit and then review the associations. If you don’t see the associated company, you can associate the task with more object types upon creation, or associate the task with the proper contacts/companies/deals post-creation.
Hey @DBrazil - as @kvlschaefer mentioned I don’t know of a way HubSpot would allow a “mass send” that’s not a marketing email. As for completeing the tasks in a bulk manner, you could check the boxes and “mark as complete.” That just wouldn’t send the emails.
As for showing the Associated Company, that’s done at the task level. Here’s a quick video for you:
And on further testing, I see that a Sequence doesn’t automatically associate the company to its tasks. So that would also be manual. Unless I’m missing funcaiotnality, that is.
In this screenshot, I enrolled 4 contacts into a sequence with a task. Associated Company only shows up in the one I went into and added by hand.
Dan thanks so much for putting this together - really helpful. Shame that tasks are not automatically associated with the company upon sequence enrollement though - that’s a lot of extra clicks.
