Bulk edit mobile numbers

I have 700+ contacts where their mobile number isn’t correct, so I need to bulk update them and blank out that field.

I have tried editing the contacts on mass but it wont allow me to select mobile numbers.

I have tried downloading the list, blanking out the mobile number and uploading, but that doesn’t work.

How can I delete the mobile numbers of these contacts on mass?

Hi @scotta22 ,

Try creating a static list of contacts those you would like to clear and update, set up a workflow to clear the property value for those contacts. Afterward, reupload a corrected list with the updated mobile numbers and HubSpot will automatically update them.

Hey @scotta22 , do you have access to workflows?

I’d enrol these contacts into a workflow and clear the property:

CRM → Edit Record → Phone Number → Clear existing property value

There should be a HubSpot workflow action that lets you clear out specific HubSpot values like this phone number depending on the triggers that you pick for a workflow
