I have just upgraded my subscription and can use workflows, and want to automatically enrol contacts into sequences, but can only see option to unenrol. Can you give any guidance?

The “Enroll in a sequence” action in workflows only appears on Sales Hub Pro/Enterprise (and with a Sales seat assigned). If you only see “Unenroll”, that’s usually why.
If the goal is just to automatically put contacts into follow-up sequences without relying on the native workflow action, some teams use tools like FlowNer for that — it’s not a built-in HubSpot feature, but it handles sequence-style enrollment more flexibly, including on lower plans.
