Sequences are based on templates that contain specific text. If the text in the template is customised, it is not transferred directly to the sequences, even though it is the same template. Contacts must be removed from the sequence and added again.

In my opinion, however, the text of a customised template should also be adopted in the active sequences. The workaround described above would therefore not be necessary.
