Example:
- I write “Email Version 1”, on Monday
- I enroll a contact on Tuesday to receive the email on Friday,
- but on Wednesday I edit that email to be “Email Version 2” -
- on Friday they will still get email version 1
The only workaround is to clone the sequence, delete the original sequence, delete all the original sequence’s tasks, delete the completed and incorrect steps from the newly cloned sequence and re-enroll the contacts at their requisite steps.
A much more expected behavior would be to edit a template and then… the new edits go out to those contacts (as happens with a marketing email if you edit it before it is sent).
