Automate Conversation Status Availability?

The Problem?

I realised that our team works at certain hours of the week while they clock out at certain times. It is tedious to keep reminding ourselves to manually set our availability Coversation Status eerytime.

The Solution

Wouldn’t it be great to automate or configure our Conversation Status depending on the time we are available for work by submitting our work times?

Hubspot Meeting scheduler can be a great example. Imagine using the below screenshot to set your work times for the Conversation Availability.

ATM, we have to manually change the below status everytime we are not available.

Any thoughts?

This would definitely be a handy function to have, especially with scheduled holidays and meetings interfering with user availability.

This has been a MAJOR need for our team — how have they not prioritized this at all ???
