For sales reps, when our leads come in, they come with an assosciated zip code that is usually accurate. In order to figure out what time zone the prospect is in, I google that zip code each time to fiure out their state. If we could autofill the form with the corresponding State for each zip code, it would remove a step in my process. Seems like something that wpuuld be easy to automate.

I know this can be done in Operations Hub, but you may have to custom code something to make that happen. I know that Hubspot has a library of available codes for Operations Hub available that might give you a good starting point.
I also wanted to mention that Insycle can help with this. Full disclosure, I work there as a Product Marketer.
But with Insycle, you can update the “State/Region” field based on the contents of the “Postal Code” field directly, using the “Map US Zip Postal Code to State” function.
Then you can schedule the template to run on a set schedule. Or, alternatively, you could inject Insycle into a Workflow — “When create date is known, run the Zip Code to State Template.”
