It would be great to be able to automatically associate activities to objects. When emails are written or notes created that they would automatically associate with tickets in that contact.

Thank you for reaching out to the academy community page! I’m happy to help out with this. If you associate the contact to the ticket then they would be automatically associated with each other. You can also do it manually with the activity or note.

Contact activities can be automatically associated with companies and Deals. However for contacts to tickets you need to manually associate. Here is the complete chart of the automatic associations of activities in Hubspot.
