I am creating providers using Terraform in Go language. Please tell if there are APIs available for user management, i.e., I want to create, update, delete, activate, and deactivate user using HubSpot APIs, how can I do that?

I have gone through this Accounts Dashboard | HubSpot, but it only shows me apis for read user. Can you please specify that does it provides apis for create, update, delete, activate, and deactivate users?

You can create and delete, but there is no activating, but maybe we are thinking about this differently
Deactivating a user is functionally identical to blocking a user, and activating a user changes the user’s state to active. So, for activating, there are no apis, thats fine. Please let me know apis availablity for deactivating users.
