API call from call button

Hi,

I need to know if there is a way to make that the call button in a contact just makes an API call, not a phone call. I have been trying to make an App that makes this, but I havent been successfull.

The idea is that the API call will trigger the phone call in our server.

Hey @SManterola

So modifying the functionality of the CRM UI would be a major security risk! But this might be a great usecase for Custom CRM Cards.
