Allow multiple guests in Meetings form

Other “book a meeting with me” apps allow for multiple guests by csv in the email address on the form- or you could add a form checkbox to reveal an additional form section to input secondary guest info if additional meeting attendees should be invited.

I agree. If you want to have a webinar, workshop, or event, you need the ability to allow multiple unknown people to sign up to a single time slot. So the meetings should include the option of how many invitees per time slot. And also having a payment attached to the meeting itself. This functionality is on Calendly, and it is very useful for organizing one off events and growing customer base.

@hubspot → is there no news on this?

Yes please! We do demos, and much of the time, we demo to a team, not just a person. A “simple” “Add another person” button would be fantastic because then we wouldn’t have to go back and edit the meeting to add more people, save, then send. It could simply just invite everyone AND mark it in their record in the CRM.

Is this on the roadmap? This is a big pain point when working with resellers.

Would be great :slightly_smiling_face:

We need this! Any news about it? :eyes:

C’mon Hubspot, you really need to allow users to add multiple attendees. Don’t make me switch to calendly…

Please add this feature!

Hello!

I’m Melissa, the Product Manager for Meetings here at HubSpot. I’m happy to share that you are able to allow people to add guests to meetings at the time of booking via the scheduling page! Just turn on the “Allow guests” toggle when editing your scheduling page.

Thank you!

Melissa
