In Gmail, under the option Meetings, then in “insert proposed times”, you can only have 1 guest.
Once that person accepts the meeting, you have to manually go into the calendar invite and add the rest of the people from the email thread.
It would be so much better if you could select everyone within an email thread to send “proposed times” to so they can automatically be added to the calendar event.
We need that solution too!
1000% this is so frustrating to not be able to suggest times for multiple people.
The alternatvie (Schedule page + Invite guests) is way too heavy for the recipient to work through.
