Is it possible to have an AI Search on the Knowledge Base. Either provided by hubspot or 3rd party, or we can build it ourselves and integrate it
Hello @SVerma47,
Welcome to the Community!
For a native solution, I’d like to point you to this guide here, which goes over how to add your Knowledge Base within a Breeze Assistant. However, as for a search feature on your actual KB, I’d like to tag in some of our Top Contributors to see if they have any tips and tricks on this!
Hey @RubenBurdin, @JWingate2 , @SanjayKumar -- Do you have any suggestions for @SVerma47 on this?
Thanks!

Hi @SVerma47 ,
The KB theme/pages are not as customizable as the CMS pages are, so to build a module that has AI capabilities to search across your knowledge base is unlikely.
What you can do and to what @SamTassey has mentioned is utlize HubSpot AI within your knowledge base. HubSpot has an Customer Agent that could live on your KB that also utlizes the article to answer questions for your customer, which in turn will hand off to your live agents if it cannot answer questions, when the question is being answer the agent deploys a knowledge base agent that then reviews the solutions and creates a KB article for your review.
Hope this helps!
Hi @JWingate2
I wanted to replace the Native search on the KB with an advanced AI search functionality.
Ref- https://help.gong.io/
When you click on Search Bar, it opens up a custom search option.
Are you saying we cant have this type of simple customisation as well ?
Hey @SVerma47,
Chiming back in here to confirm that it indeed seems like @JWingate2 is correct. If this is something you’d like to see in the future, I’d recommend posting in the Ideas Forum the product team can track demand for it.
In the meantime, as @JWingate2 mentioned, leveraging the Breeze Customer Agent on your KB which could be a solid alternative for giving visitors an AI-assisted experience.
I hope this helps clarify!
