We would like to be able to add the Aircall SMS activities to a report. For now we can see those activities if we go directly to each contact, but we would like to be able to get them in a report
Commenting on this as its an important feature to have in order to more accurately track sales activities
This would be a really useful tool. It feels like the reporting aspect is incomplete without it, as Aircall offers no reporting on SMS. As an integrated service this reporting tool would be significantly important.
We need to be able to pull reports on aircall SMS! This feature is so important to have as we are tracking activities with contacts.
I agree, this SMS via aircall is important to have logged in our activities.
