Hello everyone! I have a question about the functioning of workflows when adding new contact lists. In my case, I use the tool to automate invitations to people who want to be part of a community and receive monthly content. The workflow is set up to send reminders to the invited individuals. Our idea is to use a single workflow where we can add new contact lists and edit the invitation and reminder emails whenever necessary. What steps should I follow to ensure that the workflow continues working with the established criteria? Because when I tried to do that, the workflow broke, and even when the invited people clicked to subscribe, it didn’t move them to the next step. Thanks

Can you share a screenshot of your workflow and it’s current enrolment criteria?
How are people requesting to be part of the community - by filling in a form, by sending you an email? A form submission would be the easiest way as this is an enrolment trigger for a workflow.
That means the whole process is fully automated. Alternatively you can switch on re-enrolment and allow manual enrolment. This in turn allows you to enrol either individual contacts or a list of contacts.
