In HubSpot, I created a workflow like the one shown in the image. When the TUhh_2026 list initially contained contacts, the workflow worked correctly and the emails were sent.
Later, I added new contacts to the TUhh_2026 list, but these new contacts did not enter the workflow and did not receive the email. They did not received any marketing emails so they do qualify for it.
For example, one contact was included in a new import and is a member of the TUhh_2026 list. The contact has never received any marketing emails before.However, the contact was not automatically enrolled in the workflow after being added to the list.When I manually test the workflow using this contact, it works correctly.
So why is the contact not being enrolled automatically when new contacts are added to the list?
Why is this happening, and how can I fix it?
