In the mobile app - the business card scanner only scans five fields - Full name, Job title, Email, Mobile and Website.
We need to also capture Company name, city, state, country in teh least.
Would it be possible to create a customization interface for the mobile app’s “Scan business card” form?
this would be helpful to add these fields to the business card scan or have a customizable option for what the scan looks at. I would like Company name, city, state, Postal code and country.
We use an automated workflow to assign new contacts to our sales territories / contact owner. A contact owner might scan a business card to add the new contact but then without the State (and or Postal Code) the contact goes to my default owner (me) because no state was on the new contact record to let the workflow do it’s job. (We use the Posta code in several shared territory states.)
