Hi, is there a way I can add a custom activity? There are the standard ones like call, LinkedIn message etc, but I would like to add a couple more for reporting. Such as, ‘connected back’ on LinkedIn.

so for the moment its not possible to create a custom activity.
You can use a custom property that you can use in reports.
Or you can even try to use the Marketing Events. Not ideal but it can work.
