Ability to Use/Insert Snippets in Properties

It would be beneficial to be able to use snippets when filling out properties on records. This would be especially useful for rich text properties.

I completely agree. This would be hugely beneficial for us. We have a property for hand-off notes (because you can embed it in an automated email), but the lack of Snippets makes me reconsider if we should use a Note on in Activity instead. This is really the only gap for us to make our process super smooth.
