Currently, HubSpot allows you to edit a sequence after enrolling prospects, but it does not apply your edits to previously enrolled prospects. If we update a sequence that’s in progress, prospects who’ve already been enrolled should receive the updated steps (as long as they have not completed them). For example, if a prospect is on step 1 and the email template for step 2 changes, the prospect should receive the updated email without having to be reenrolled in the sequence.
The ability to edit a sequence but not have it apply to the prospects already enrolled feels unintuitive and is confusing.
