Service hub knowledge base is super easy to use and got you covered if you want to create standard content articles (text, images, videos, event small code blocks) but it would be awesome if we could use HubSpot KB to create Code/API documentation section/articles

I’d like to second this idea. Even without going so far as to have a full code sample editor like the original submission, it would be good to have at least basic code formating and coloring in our KB articles. We’re currently migrating from Freshdesk, and I was surprised to see how basic the “code” format option was in the article editor. Our product is a technical one, and this isn’t going to be sufficient for our clients.
