We would like to create aliases for some of our shared email inboxes that currently come from a mutual domain that means nothing to our customers, instead we would like to send from an alias that contains the brand domain instead. Is this in the development roadmap?

Many thanks for your response! I think this would work for one brand but we would need to add two and give the agents the ability to flip between them dependent on the brand query they were dealing with.

Hi @adriansprake , and what about connecting another sending domain (you are able to connect more e-mail sending domains with another domain than your brand domain? And set the alias within your email client?
