It would be great if we could send from an alias for a team email inbox in Conversations.
At the moment it is not possible. We have a couple of alias’s attached to our main team email address and we would like to be able to send from them.

Basically I need this feature, except I need it for our team account instead of my personal account:
Yes, please!
+1 on this…would be a huge help!
We need this feature badly as well. We have a lean support team that heavily relies on email aliases to interact with different types of customers.
We really need this feature as well!! At this moment we cannot properly use conversation inboxes
@Mattia @mocean I don’t know if this will help you guys but my Hubspot onboarding rep referred my to this help article for a workaround with email aliases in conversations: Forward emails to a hosted email address in the conversations inbox
The workaround involves automatically forwarding emails to Hubspot but it’s working well for us.
Please note: an email alias cannot be used to send emails from a team email address connected to the conversations inbox
Absolutely, this feature needs to be implemented ASAP.
We also needs this feature, please?
It’s absolutely ridiculous that we cannot do this. Zoho CRM is able to do it BTW. Just saying…
Hoping this gets updated soon. We’ve been through a minor rebrand and we can’t send email replies from our updated domain. Not a great user experience for our prospects!
With personal connected inboxes, you can send from any associated alias. Right now, with Hubspot you can’t send from a shared inbox or help desk email (even with a enterprise account) from any alias. This means that we need to create a paid inbox for every single alias instead of a single one! Also, this means there is no way to categorize messages from these aliases.
Lesser solutions like Freshdesk have had this for 8+ years.
HubSpot’s inability to support aliases for shared inboxes is a major limitation. Without alias support, we can’t send from different addresses or categorize messages properly. This creates disorganized workflows and limits how teams manage communication across brands or departments. Alias support would make shared inboxes far more flexible and efficient.
