Hi @MSjoberg
I would recommend checking you DNS settings, ideally speak with HubSpot support if you have a starter or above subscription.
Frank
Hi Frank,
we cheked DNS settings and i believe they are right, since pages with url like About Aileo do work. only the root domain aileo.ai replies an error.
For this reason i modified robot.txt according to hubspot instructions. but it does not help.
For your home page it should have no slug. When I look in your footer your home link goes to a page called “https://aileo.ai/aileo-home” which is not the same as “/”. If you remove the “aileo-home” slug from that page it should load as your homepage.
thanks Ben for your answer.
yes, like in (temporarily) footer page aileo "https://aileo.ai/aileo-home" works correctly but "aileo.ai " or "aileo.ai/ " replies 404 page error.
so how can i change that?

In Hubspot, your homepage will have no slug, meaning no name. So if you want aileo-home to be your homepage, remove the name “aileo-home”. Homepages in Hubspot are always blank for their slug and cannot be modified to point to any page, for instance there is no “check this box to make this page your home/index”.
thanks Ben!
i am proceeding! now i got "aileo.ai/en/ " visible as home page, but cannot remove slug /en. it is said that " language slug is automatically set by the pages language. So “aileo.ai” still produces 404 page error.
should remove the language set to english?
i noticed that i could not remove the language slug, until i cloned the page and the removed language slug form the cloned page. i think there is bug in editing /publishing the homepage without slug, because the language slug could not be removed.
But thanks Ben, you helped me to solve the problem.
+1 on @Ben_M’s point.
If you don’t have a homepage, that will explain the 404 error - because there is nothing to show there…
