Website not loading home page but instead a 404 return page.

Hi Hubspot Community, please can you help me with our website.

First of all, i think i should make clear that i have hubspot Starter and Hubspot CRM starter packs, which covers web building on hubspot.
Secondly, its propbably worth noting that we recently moved our website across from https://square.online/weebly to Hubspot.

And lastly, we have according to Hubspot, successfully connected our DNS records to Hubspot to host the new website with them…
Now down to The issue that i am having, is with this domain; https://sonichorseshoes.com loading a 404 return when searching for the website directly.

When you search directly in the url search bar: https://sonichorseshoes.com it takes us directly to a 404 return page (or doesn’t load at all) - whereas this should take us to our home page, which can be viewed here on this link: https://sonichorseshoes.com/en-gb with what i can see is the additional slug ending in /en-gb?

My objective is to have https://sonichorseshoes.com loading the home page successfully, and NOT a 404 page.

I cannot find any articles on hubspot advising on this issue - A pretty simple issue of our domain direction not being pointed to the right place. Can someone please advise as to how we can ensure that https://sonichorseshoes.com loads correctly as a home page without the additional slug /en-gb/.

There are a couple of things you could try to resolve this issue:

• Please make sure that the page has been published in HubSpot, especially if you’ve made any changes.

• Check the URL in the webpage editor (Edit Page > Settings > Page URL) and make sure that the URL is correct (https://sonichorseshoes.com). If you’ve added any words on the slug (https://sonichorseshoes.com/[

  ](http://www.hockeystick.co/home)

  for example), please remove them and republish the page.

• Are you using external assets (images, fonts) on that page that load over HTTP instead of HTTPS? If yes, those could be blocked from loading and thus causing the webpage to be unavailable. Please follow the steps in this help article to resolve this issue or update your domain security settings.
