We have a remote assistant working with us on our Hubspot account.
Will she be able to set up access - with 2FA - to gain access independently? Or will it require me to share codes?

Every HubSpot user can set up 2FA for their login which requires verification using a separate device; they can follow the steps in this Knowledge base article.
