@WRowland9 There's a new beta for "Help Desk" which is moving the service conversations out of "Inbox" which I think is a pretty good indicator more

Hi @AJauhari , I'm not aware of any native audio capabilities in HubSpot. You're best option to add audio to notes would be via attachments more

Hi, is there a way to filter by form when creating a view in Inbox? The only relevant filter I see is Source > Forms but there doesn't seem to be a way to filter by actual Form. Thanks!
