Is there a way to include your Calendly link as your meeting link? Whenever I try to add a meeting link it only allows me to set up a Hubspot meeting link even though I my Hubspot account is integrated with my Calendly account.

Hi @KHonda,

Are you referring to the user interface options where HubSpot lets you add a meeting link to emails, for example? As far as I know, Calendly won't show up here despite being integrated. Only native HubSpot meeting links will show in this dropdown.

Have you considered setting up a snippet to quickly paste the link? https://knowledge.hubspot.com/conversations/use-snippets
