I am using the free Hubspot CRM with 2 users. We are having a huge problem where we are unable to use the Meetings tab to connect to my calendar. Hubspot support has been working with us without success - they are saying the problem is on their end.
For years, I have used Calendly which synchs perfectly with my calendar for both of our users. Calendly says that they integrate with Hubspot, and all we need to do is EMBED Calendly into Hubspot. I would like to try this.
I have no idea how to accomplish the EMBED process. Can anyone help me?
Hi @SandyN,
There are a few different tools that allow for integrating your HubSpot and Calendly. The main benefits of such an integration are:
Automatically sync new contacts from Calendly events to HubSpot CRM,
mapping Calendly fields with HubSpot properties to reduce manual data entry work and
recording the meetings / events on contact timelines in HubSpot.
There are a few options for integrating the tools. The native HubSpot-Calendly integration is one of those options, and possibly the most commonly used one. Its main downside is that field mapping is available only on HubSpot Pro and Enterprise plans.
Another option is Outfunnel (yes, that’s my company!) — the only tool designed specifically for integrating sales and marketing tools. We launched our HubSpot-Calendly integration just a few months ago, and its current functionality is on par with the native integration, plus field mapping is available to all HubSpot CRM users, regardless of which plan you are on.
Hope this is useful!
