When I previously used HubSpot for sales and marketing, I set up a chatflow on our website (maqsam.com) to handle common visitor questions.
We’re now migrating our service team to HubSpot and want to add a separate chat experience on our platform (portal.maqsam.com), allowing existing clients to contact our support team for requests, issues, and inquiries.
It seems that HubSpot allows only one tracking code to be installed. Given this limitation, how can we support having chats on both domains?
@AAbu-Farha you won't be able to distinguish the domains in the traffic analytics of HubSpot, but yes, you can use the tracking code on multiple domains.
