Has anyone used the docusign integration from a service ticket standpoint?
the integration only works on a contact, company, or deal object which seems great for salespeople, but I am interested in using this for service tickets.
Do I have to keep changing screens?
I think the integration should be available directly from the service ticket screen as it seems very cumbersome to use currently.
If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know.
I understand only predefined HubSpot fields can be used in your DocuSign templates, but the integration is not available on the service ticket screen. This integration would be more useful if it was on the service ticket screen and could then be used to send quotes and other documents to customers from the ticket screen., Currently you would have to open your ticket, see the ontact, then navigate to the contacts screen where the integration is available and send your document.
I am wondering how others may have used the integration with thgeir service tickets and if they found ways to streamline the process.

The integration is able to create, customize, send and track DocuSign envelopes from a contact, company, or deal record in your HubSpot account.
