Unique vs Total Clicks

SOLVE

I am looking for a solution to create a reporting tool that allows marketing team members to see unique vs total link clicks within one email.

So for example, if one of my firm's marketing emails has 3 links (test.com, me.com, and marketing.com), I want to see a bar graph comparing the unique link clicks versus the total link clicks for each link against the others.

Unique vs Total Clicks

SOLVE

That's a great question @AWoeste. Looking a the HubSpot custom report where marketing emails is the data source, we can see total clicks per email in the last XX days:

But I'm not seeing an option of breaking down the unique vs. the total. Even in the filters area, I'm not seeing that as a possibility.

If you're looking at one email only, you can see the unique vs. total:

And if you wanted to show this on a dashboard, you could take the URL and add it to a dsahboard as "embed external content" and see it in the dashboard. But I'm not sure if that's what you're looking for.

If I were you, and no other community members give you a better solution (so maybe it's not a report we can build), I'd add this request to the ideas forum here. HubSpot does monitor those.

Happy reporting!
