Hi! I'm new and learning about HubSpot and in the process of building some workflows. I tried out the Simple Workflows but its not meeting what we want to do. Can someone help or guide me to how I can achieve this?

 

  1. Contact is sent Email 1.
  2. If they Open the Email or Click on a CTA, those contacts will be added to a new list.
  3. 7 days after Email 1 is sent, Email 2 is sent out.
  4. Again, if anyone Opens either email or clicks any CTA in either emails, they will also be added to that one list.
  5. Then, 14 days after Email 1 is SENT, we want to create a CALL task for our Sales Team to call all of those on that new list.

I was trying to get this set up in Workflows but can't figure it out.
