What is the algorithm for searching on an article in the Knowledge base or returning articles based on keywords in a chatbot? What has the most weight: on the article title, subtitle, body, category or subcategory, or tags?

The knowledge base search algorithm prioritizes keywords in the following order:
- Title
- Subheading (the article description)
- Tags
- Article content (the body of the article)
It’s also important to note that articles with more views may rank higher in the returned search results.
