Knowledge base chatbot

 What is the algorithm for searching on an article in the Knowledge base or returning articles based on keywords in a chatbot?  What has the most weight: on the article title, subtitle, body, category or subcategory, or tags?

Thank you for reaching out! I had a look and the algorithm looks at: 

1.Title
2.Subheading (i.e. description)
3.Tags
4.Article content


Articles with more views may rank higher in the returned search results.
