I can’s seem to open an article on the Knowledge Base tool. Clicking it will open a new tab but never loads. My browsers are up to date. Used Edge and Chrome to test but still same. Cache was cleared. Internet connection is good. Windows 11.
Hi @GCentz

I’d like to invite some community members who are subject matter experts to join this conversation.
@ArisudanTiwari @danmoyle @TomM2 - Would you be able to share any insights on this? Your expertise would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the Community @GCentz.
Have you contacted HubSpot Support? I try to start there.
Is the article in draft ort live? It shouldn’t matter, because you should be able to open it and edit, but that might be a factor if your permissions are specific to live articles.
It’s been a couple of days - was it just a bug and it works now?
I stumbled across a few “Common Causes and Immediate Fixes” in case any of these are helpful:
- Browser Extensions: Disable all extensions, especially ad blockers, privacy tools, and script managers which can block required scripts or network requests.
- Incognito Mode: Test loading the article in a private/incognito window, which can rule out extension or cookie conflicts.
- JavaScript Issues: Make sure JavaScript is fully enabled, as HubSpot Knowledge Base relies on active JS for page rendering.
- Network/Firewall: Check for any firewall or security software that might be blocking parts of HubSpot domains or CDN resources.
- Super Admin Permission: For some articles, a user needs elevated permissions. If the content is not loading, confirm with an admin whether access is restricted to certain roles.
Hopefully it was just a bug that passed, or something here maybe helped!
