I am trying to access the knowledge-base/articles endpoint to retrieve the knowledge base articles. My key has the cms.knowledge_base.articles.read scope, but I am getting the below exception.

I am also not able to find any documentation for the knowledge-base/articles endpoint (apart from the mention of the cms.knowledge_base.articles.read scope in the scopes page). Can someone help?

The documentation for the knowledge-base/articles endpoint is currently limited. It’s possible that this endpoint isn’t publicly accessible or requires a different authentication method, such as OAuth instead of just an API key.

At the moment, there is no endpoint for this. I’ve noticed a similar idea already present in our Ideas Forum: Hubspot Knowledge Base API. To contribute, you can upvote the existing idea and share more details about your specific use case in the comments.
As a workaround, you can try the solution from @YBederov on this post “Knowledge Base API Documentation”.
Alternatively, you could try using this API: “Site search”.
