Pinned Notes in Preview (Right) Sidebar

It would be great if we could configure the ability to display pinned Notes to show up in the Preview (right) sidebar.

One of those great ideas that make you go, "wait ... i thought it already did that!". 🙂

Our only suggestion is that the pinned idea be OPTIONAL in the preview. Some notes can be quite lengthy and fully consume a preview window, so ... wouldn't want that functionality forced on always.

Yes please. The abality to add a quick note in while calling through deals would be great!

Yes, this would be extremely helpful as we all know how long it takes to load an individual deal.  

Having a notes section on the side bar is essential!

Our CS team are adding internal notes, but have to navigate to the ticket view to see these
