It would be nice if the overview tab showed any pinned note on the record. Then most of my staff wouldn’t have to look at the mess that is the activity timeline.

I would go even further and say it is crucial that pinned notes are displayed on the overview page.
Notes get pinned for a reason and to tuck them behind a tab is causing issues.
I agree. It’s easier to put important, pinned information in people’s faces.
100% this! It would be relly grewt to have a note at the top of the Overview (not Activity) section of a company (and Contact) page.
Agreed - All they need to do is have the PIN stay at the top of the Recent Activities on the Overview Tab of the company.
