It would be great if we could configure the ability to display pinned Notes to show up in the Preview (right) sidebar.

Our only suggestion is that the pinned idea be OPTIONAL in the preview. Some notes can be quite lengthy and fully consume a preview window, so … wouldn’t want that functionality forced on always.

Yes, this would be extremely helpful as we all know how long it takes to load an individual deal.
