Knowledge Base: Create customizable content option for Search Results page

Hi! It would be great to have the ability to customize the message that users receive after they search for something within the Knowledge Base.


For example, we have a lot of searches for specific part numbers come through. There are no support articles that are tagged with part numbers (as we have over a million unique part numbers). These people will be met with the "Sorry, no results" message. We'd like to be able to tell them that they can search for part numbers at another location on our site.

We find customers searching for things that would not belong in our KB (e.g. vendor or product names), but have a common enough theme that we would like to be able to provide something more useful than "no search results"


Same here. I would great to provide them with more specific advice when they do not find an answer.
