Yes please! Our corporate font is dark grey and we have to manually adjust each time we reply with the quick reply editor with the conversations inbox.
We are in the same situation. We have to manually change the font color in the quick reply editor every time we want to use it, since it won't pick up the default color in the account settings. It would be really useful to be able to set the default color of the quick reply editor to avoid this.
I can't acutually believe this isn't a feature already.
I saw this post, where you can set the fonts for CRM emails, but basically if you have a conversation with a customer you have to change the font on every reply? I can't see how that is going to work or keep the branding consistent.
This is insanity! What good are brand settings if they don't apply to the entirety of the brand elements that are controlled by and used within HubSpot. 😠
It sort of makes the 'Account Default' email font settings redundant if your emails coming out of Conversations --> Inbox then have a totally different default font (size 11, black, Sans Serif).
Yes, this is necessary and should be user-dependent. This is an accessiblity issue. Our organization has users that need larger-sized font for accomodations. Their performance and ability to work within the CRM should not be impeded by the lack of a basic feature.
