Change default font in Conversations Inbox field

Please make it possible to change the font of the Inbox reply field.

Excited to announce this feature is now live for Inbox! You can now set a default font in the User Defaults tab within Settings that will apply not only to CRM emails but also to emails sent via Conversations Inbox and Help Desk.

Yes please! Our corporate font is dark grey and we have to manually adjust each time we reply with the quick reply editor with the conversations inbox.

We are in the same situation. We have to manually change the font color in the quick reply editor every time we want to use it, since it won't pick up the default color in the account settings. It would be really useful to be able to set the default color of the quick reply editor to avoid this.

It would be most helpful if the quick-reply editor could be added as a section that can adopt the default font.

I can't acutually believe this isn't a feature already.

 

I saw this post, where you can set the fonts for CRM emails, but basically if you have a conversation with a customer you have to change the font on every reply? I can't see how that is going to work or keep the branding consistent.

If anyone has any workarounds other than changing the font every time, that would be great!

Unbelievable that we have to customize the font every time we want to reply to an email. This is a real pain if you want consistent branding!

Yes, please add this functionality. If you forget to update the font, it looks unprofessional

This is insanity! What good are brand settings if they don't apply to the entirety of the brand elements that are controlled by and used within HubSpot. 😠

Still not possible from the looks of things.

It sort of makes the 'Account Default' email font settings redundant if your emails coming out of Conversations --> Inbox then have a totally different default font (size 11, black, Sans Serif).

Yes, this is necessary and should be user-dependent. This is an accessiblity issue. Our organization has users that need larger-sized font for accomodations. Their performance and ability to work within the CRM should not be impeded by the lack of a basic feature.

It baffles me that we need to manually change the font every time, I can't believe it. This is not how a fast-paced contact center works.... 

Someone asked for a workaround, and the only solution I found is that you set your default to the Hubspot default, Sans Serif 11 black.
