Hi team, I worked with a customer who would like to have the flexibility to customise the font for their individual view (as opposed to global) of their conversations inbox. As of now, the specified font in the user defaults tab will will apply to outgoing emails from the CRM and the Conversations Inbox email editor for all users of the account.
