I wanted to know if its possible to set a default font style when an outlook sales email is sent throught HubSpot’s tools

Yes! You can edit the default font for emails sent from the CRM and conversations inbox.

Do you know if its possible to upload fonts that are not within the default hubspot options?

Hey @galvanA81, External fonts would only be available in custom-coded email templates and are not supported in every email client. Check out what fonts are available in HubSpot tools.
