A few weeks ago during the listening session with Jon Dick, they talked about having a premium HubSpot support option. I haven't stopped thinking about how nice this would be. Often times when I have a issue, starting a chat/ email with HS Support is my last option because I don't like having to catch them up with everything I have tried. I do love the idea they are talking about here but also it could be nice if advanced super admins could maybe take a basic troubleshooting certification and their account could have a verification check that the support team at Hubspot could see so they know we have already done all the basic troubleshooting on our own, Ex clearing cookies and checking the community and knowledge base without having to ask.
