Turn Off Auto Save Changes

Hi

For some reason now, HubSpot is autosaving every single change, which is absoutely infuriating.  Becuase at times the changes are incorrect and HubSpot has save the record.  As an example changing a Postcode and maybe an incorrect letter in the postcode.  hubspot saves it then I loose the record!

How can I turn this infuriating action off.  I prefer to have control, of my changes and not a Application!

As far as I know, this can currently not be disabled. I agree, there should be a setting for this.

I requested this via HubSport support and received notice there is no way to turn this off...

I understand there needs to be a labeling system, but marking requests with no solutions as "solved" doesn't make any sense. This isn't solved, there is no option to disable this and there is no "workaround." 

"We don't have an answer for you," is not a solution. Introduce a label that is more honest about the situation.

Yup 200% agree. I have work flows that have dependent properties that need filling out. If it starts auto saving without allowing me to finish my dependent properties it executes multiple times instead of one time because of the auto saving. Ridiculous.

To HS team: I understand you were probably trying to save time with having to not hit a save button each time but I don't think you saw the implications of workflows and dependent properties being affected.

I have a workflow that is based on being able to make multiple changes to fields including one that triggers a workflow... before, you could make what ever changes and then have it trigger and work.  NOW, it starts it whenever that trigger field is changed regardless of the underlying data. 

THIS HAS BROKEN SOMETHING THAT MANY PEOPLE IN OUR COMPANY USE ON A DAILY BASIS WITHOUT ANY NOTICE. I expect that my day will be filled with FIXING this problem -- I've turned off our response to our customer mechanism to prevent further disasters but this is degrading our CX until it gets fixed.

COULD YOU PLEASE NOT "FIX" THINGS WITHOUT NOTICE OR AT LEAST HAVE AN OPTION TO TURN IT OFF?  I understand that others want this but changing the behavior of our software without notice is a horrible practice -- maybe some people want it but you won't hear from people who don't want it because they assume that you won't change software behavior overnight, without notice and without the ability to revert.

I also have fields that trigger either a workflow or entry on to a list, this is absolutely ridiculous

Thank you, it is absolutely awful.  If you are working on a list view and change the PostCode here in the UK within seconds that record vanishes.  It is the worst thing Hubspot have added
