Create and implement customer segmentation

Hello,

 

I have been tasked with creating tier levels for our existing clients so our CS team knows when to reach out to them.

I want to label each tier based on their total sales and number of orders in a year.

How can I create a property that will label customers "tier 1, tier 2, tier 3" based on this? and how can I apply it to all existing customers?

I just ran a test in one of our HubSpot Portals and some of the [most useful] functionality is available for Sales Pro users NOT Service Pro Users.

 

You still have all of the Properties, and the Target Accounts Dashboard, but there are some features that need the Sales pro license to set Stakeholders and Roles.

If you turn on ABM you can't turn it off again.

 

Happy to do a screen share if you want to see the features.

HubSpot's Account Based Marketing will do exactly what you need.

 

You will need to enable it to add new properties, then a bit of work to categorise your Contacts.

@Mike_Eastwood Will this work for Customer Success? I would like it to auto assign a CSM for higher tier customers.
